Works of art are unique one-of-a-kind hand-made items and as such, we are unable to accept returns or facilitate exchanges. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To initiate a report of damages or other issues, please contact us at email@example.com. Kindly provide photographs of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of your order, along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider reports of damage beyond 24 hours of receipt of your order.
All our artwork international shipments are insured. We will notify you once we’ve received your damage report with photographs and a copy of your receipt, and submitted it to the international carrier, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once the insurers have issued payment to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
